We are excited to host another Murph Challenge here at MN Top Team on FRIDAY 5/23/25 with heats running from 3pm - 6pm. T-shirts and tank tops will be earned, food will be served, work will be done and proceeds will be donated.

Registration required by MAY 9, 2025 if you want a shirt. Let us know if you want a unisex t-shirt or a woman's tank and what size. (If you sign up after 5/9, price remains the same but you don't get a shirt. Be quick.)

Cost is $45 (Includes t-shirt, food, fun), you can pay at the gym or venmo @MNTopTeam.

What is Murph? 1 mile run, 100 pull ups, 200 push ups, 300 squats, and another 1 mile run.

This workout can be done in a variety of ways: 
-RX with a Vest
-RX
-Scaled
-With a Partner 

This is a fun event, not a competition, and there will be no judges.
This event is open to anyone and everyone ages 12 and up (12-13 year olds must participate with a parent). 

BRING A TOWEL, a chair, and your beverage of choice (waters will be provided in addition to whatever we're grilling that day)
